This method combining burpees, squat jumps, jank plank, and lunge with a twist will give you amazing results in a very short time.


1). Burpees


Burpees are explosive movements that work across your body from the chest, AB, triceps, and quads, etc., sending your heart rate up to the roof to burn off the incredible calories.


Making Burpees:



  • Stand with your hands shoulder-width apart.

  • Now, squat down and come to the wooden position forming a straight line with your body.

  • Bring your feet in, close to your chest.

  • Come with your feet by jumping with your arms reaching higher and lower back, lower yourself, and repeat the cycle.

  • Do this 10 times in 2 seconds.

  • If you're a beginner, you can set the speed at your own pace and avoid jumping. As you get better over time you can begin to make an increasing difference in burpees.

  • Do this 10 times in 2 seconds.



2). Squat Jumps


Now let's start the next movement of squat jumps. The jump squat is a supplement to regular squats with the addition of a jump.


Making Squat Jumps:



  • Take your shoulder position, squat down, back straight, weight evenly on your feet, and come, finish by jumping.

  • The scaled-down version makes standard squats.

  • As you get better with squats start jumping shorter by easily landing on the floor.

  • You can do 10 reps and 2 sets of squat jumps.



3). Plank Jacks


Plank jacks are a great workout that works throughout your body. Adding junk planks to your process helps in burning more calories and fat. It’s a perfect combination of cardio and core strengthening exercises.


Plank Jack exercise can help you a lot in strengthening the upper body muscles as well as the lower body muscle along with losing unwanted fat.


You should definitely add them to your regular exercise in order to lose unwanted fat from your belly or any other part of your body.


Making Plank Jacks:



  • Come to the woods with a good distance between your feet.

  • Keep the plank, jump out, and then - that road, jump in and out while you're in the plank position.

  • Now the simplified version takes one foot at a time without any jumping movement. So one foot goes out into the other.

  • Do this again in two sets with 10 reps.



4). Giants with an Oblique twist


The final workout is lunges, which work on your lower body, context, and fitness. We add a curved oblique with each line that will challenge your strength and stamina.


If you find it difficult to work hard, you can take support while you are resting your lungs.


To make lunges with an oblique twist:



  • Stand erect, take a step forward, then lower your hips so that the front of your thigh is parallel to the ground, bend your knee 90 degrees, and twist

  • Return to the original position and do the same with the other leg.

  • You can keep your hands on your hips, elbows, or if you think you need support do not hesitate to hold a chair, wall, or pole.

  • Do this with 10 reps in 2 sets.

  • Don't forget to take a break of 20 to 30 seconds between each set.
